The wedding chapel and resort wedding industry in Japan is very different than in most of the world. Here in Japan, wedding chapels are not churches or places of worship; they are purpose built for performing the wedding ceremony of your dream. The perfect wedding day is pretty much guaranteed.
For this shoot, I was in Okinawa Japan. The idea was to capture some striking images of a “young international wedding”. I was given the day and a handful of young models and we set about trying to capture the dream wedding day for use in the resorts wedding advertising. Here are a few example shots from the photo shoot.
